Stamped concrete is a concrete finishing process that uses rubber molds to emulate the look and feel of different materials, such as rock, brick, and slate. This type of finish requires highly skilled craftsmen with an eye for detail. While this type of concrete work is on the higher end of the price spectrum, a stamped patio or sidewalk will undoubtedly become you and your family’s favorite hangout spot this summer. Complete driveway tear-out and replacement.
Concrete is one of the world’s most durable building materials; In fact, a properly installed & maintained concrete driveway can last up to 50 years. Like with all things though, time and the elements will run their course and replacements will be eventually needed. When the time comes to replace your driveway, we have the trucks and equipment to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Driveway extensions.
One of your kids just got his license and the other is coming back from college to live at home. Where are you going to fit these extra cars? Simple – add an extra parking space to your existing driveway. Driveway extensions involve excavating about 10” of grass and soil to ensure a strong base to hold your vehicles. In most cases, we will use a mini excavator to remove the soil. Once the proper depth is reached, we install 4” of crushed stone prior to installing 4” of concrete with a compressive strength of 3000 PSI. Half inch steel rebars are doweled into the existing driveway to ensure the slabs do not shift or pull away from each other.
