Paragon Bill Entry - End-User License Agreement
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Paragon Bill Entry ("the App") is a private, internal software tool owned and operated by Paragon Contracting, LLC ("Paragon", "we", "us"). It connects to our own QuickBooks Online company to help our staff enter vendor bills. The App is not sold, licensed, or offered to the public or to any other business.
1. Who may use the App
The App may be used only by Paragon and the employees or bookkeepers Paragon authorizes. No other person or company is granted a license to use it.
2. What the App does
The App reads vendor bills (PDFs and photos) that Paragon provides, proposes a matching bill in QuickBooks Online, and creates that bill only after an authorized person reviews and approves it. It reads Paragon's vendor, account, customer/project and bill records from QuickBooks Online for matching and duplicate checking.
3. Review and responsibility
Every bill is reviewed and approved by a person before it is posted. Paragon is responsible for the accuracy of the bills it approves.
4. Connection to QuickBooks Online
The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized connection (OAuth 2.0). Paragon can disconnect the App at any time from within the App or from QuickBooks Online. Intuit is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App.
5. No warranty
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer of the App is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.
7. Changes and termination
We may change or stop using the App at any time. This agreement ends when the App is disconnected from QuickBooks Online.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
